Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid order number must be provided.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@bookim.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Since we offer free shipping, only the return postage cost (if not our error) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for books that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact us at contact@bookim.shop within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items cannot be returned.

  • Books showing signs of use, writing, or damage not caused during delivery are not eligible for return.

Bookim reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the book and packaging.
We will ensure a quick replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

  • The book title

  • A short explanation of the issue

We usually respond within 24 hours, and never later than 2 business days.
