How do I place an order?

Browse our collection and choose the books you’d like to order.
Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@bookim.shop.
After that, your order may already be processing or shipped.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.
Delays may occur during public holidays or due to courier schedules.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

What is your return policy?
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you’d like a different book, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us at contact@bookim.shop with your order number and the book you’d like to exchange.
We’ll guide you through the process and arrange shipping for the new book.

What if my order is damaged or missing?
Email contact@bookim.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll handle it promptly.
